Returns
1. Gold Jewelry
- Ready-made gold jewelry that has been shipped cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
- Custom-made jewelry requires a minimum of 10 business days for production and cannot be returned during this time.
- Refunds or exchanges may be requested for unjustified delays.
2. Natural Loose Pearls
- We guarantee the pearls displayed are 100% natural. Pearls can be returned if verified by a certificate from the Bahrain Danat Center at the customer’s expense.
- Pearls with pre-issued certificates cannot be returned.
3. Silver and Plated Jewelry
- Jewelry can be returned if noticeable defects are reported within 12 hours of receipt.
- Customers are responsible for spelling errors in custom engravings unless the error is from our side.
