The terms and conditions of the Bahrain Ministry of Industry and Commerce apply to gold and jewelry
sales and purchases.

24-karat pure gold is exempt from VAT.
999 pure silver is exempt from VAT.
Natural loose pearls are exempt from VAT.

Other products are subject to tax laws for establishments holding a tax certificate.

The tax on the service provided by the website will be calculated after registration with the tax law

The website will require you to present your personal identification during registration or through
communication channels in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The intermediary may
need to conduct a video call to complete the buying and selling process. The seller must deliver the
goods to be sold to the broker for verification of their specifications. The broker will then list the goods
on the website and store them in the company’s safes after the seller receives proof of receipt and
authorization to sell.

The broker lists the goods on the website at the price set by the seller. When the buyer requests to
purchase, the broker sells the goods, deducting a transaction fee of 1% or a minimum of 5 dinars, plus
any applicable VAT. The broker then sends the payment to the seller.

The website offers a resale service for the new owner of the goods after transferring ownership and
obtaining authorization to sell on the website, provided the goods remain with the broker.

The goods will be delivered to the buyer by hand from the broker at the store. A delivery fee will be
charged if delivery is requested.

Payment Methods:

  • Cash
  • Bank Transfer
  • USDT (Cryptocurrencies)
  • For credit or debit card payments, the buyer will be responsible for any transaction fees.
